Andrea's Newborn Session

This was a fun couple of firsts for me! This was the first time someone has requested pastels. Cue excitement because I had just purchased this gorgeous lavender backdrop and tieback and I was dying to use them! This was also the first time someone has booked with me over the Google My Business chat feature where people can chat with you via your Google Maps business listing. Wild! 

I loved, loved, loved working with Andrea's little self. She was so adorable and sweet! She snoozed really well in the wraps. She wasn't fond of me changing her into that little dainty blue dress but she looked so cute in it, like a little baby doll, and look at that amazing eye contact she has! 

She was happy in her heart bowl all wrapped up in pink with the white garland wrapped around it. I got a little smile out of her in that. She was also happy in her mama's arms as you can see from that sweet smile she has with her mom. 

With this session, I got to practice my Spanish with this sweet family as they didn't speak much English and I tried my absolute hardest to communicate and give them options as best I could. I really do need to practice a bit more! I love working with people from all around the globe and I wish I knew more languages but I think that kindness, Google translate, and gorgeous photos have a way of communicating by themselves.
