Brielle's Fine Art Maternity Session In Studio in Duluth, GA

Maternity photography is a popular way for expectant mothers to document this special time in their lives, and Brielle recently had an in-studio session with Yata Photography. The solo photographer captured Brielle in several outfits that showcased her personality and style, while also expertly capturing the beauty and emotions of pregnancy.

Brielle started the session wearing a white bodysuit with off-white angel wings. This outfit was elegant and ethereal, highlighting her maternal glow. I used a large PLM with strobe lighting and a gorgeous flower backdrop to create a soft and angelic mood, resulting in these stunning photos that captured the serenity of pregnancy.

I transitioned to the lace dress with the angel wings and did a couple of shots on the painted flower backdrop then transitioned to plain honey-colored backdrop paper for a simpler feel to it and I absolutely adored how that turned out. Brielle was glowing!

Next, Brielle wore a black bodysuit and knee-high socks that showed off her playful and confident side. I asked her to have a bit of fun with it and as a dancer, she posed herself in some of the cutest ways! I love it when my clients start to feel really comfortable around me and let out their personalities. That's what I love to capture! I was going to use a white backdrop but when I saw her against the tan one, I loved the look! This was my favorite outfit on Brielle. I feel like it really brought out her personality.

Brielle then changed into a simple white bodysuit that put her baby bump front and center. We started off on the tan-colored backdrop paper which gave the photos a beachy feel to them and I gave her a wide-brimmed hat to wear with the outfit. She looked absolutely adorable!

For a pop of color, Brielle wore a sheer pink dress that added a playful and feminine element to the photos. I used the honey-colored backdrop paper again just because I loved the look and feel of it and I used soft lighting to create dreamy and romantic photos.

Finally, Brielle wore a sheer tan robe that showcased her fierce and bold spirit. She was absolutely stunning in this robe. I'm so glad she was game to wear it!

I ended the session with some photos of Brielle and her husband to capture their emotions together. I'm glad I did. They looked so sweet and happy expecting their little one any day now. I am stoked for their new role as parents. They will be amazing at it and I can't wait to meet their little one.

This session was so much fun. Brielle is the sweetest person and she posed so well for this shoot. I was ecstatic at all the different outfits and setups we were able to do. I hope these photos will be ones they cherish forever.
