Brixton's Newborn Session

Welcome to the world baby Brixton! 
 
I asked his sweet mom where his name came from and she said she just thought it up. I absolutely love it! Did you know that Brixton is also a brand of motorcycles, a clothing brand, and a district in South London? All of that is so unique and different. What an adorable name. 

His siblings also had elegant names, Bellamy and Ashton. They were so good with their baby brother and so well-behaved in general. They did excellently for their sibling shots and I was so happy to work with them as they were very gentle with baby Brixton. There's nothing quite like the joy and excitement of welcoming a new baby into the world and these two siblings beamed with excitement.

As a photographer, capturing those precious moments and creating lasting memories for families to cherish is always an honor. 

Brixton was the CUTEST little thing and he did so well for his session. I started his session off with him wrapped in the gray wrap with the bunny ears. His mom had wanted a setup similar to the one I had done previously on my website but that one was done with a dark wood backdrop and a forest green blanket for the baby and she had stated she wanted white, cream, gray, and yellow for the session so I customized that setup to fit her color palette. 

She also selected a boho setup that she wanted. I had never done a boho setup for a boy so I was excited for the challenge! It came out so cute and I had all these different hats and a little crown to choose from. Brixton slept so peacefully that I just tried them all and she loved them all. I can tell because those are the final photos she selected for her gallery.

She also loved yellow. She said it was her favorite color so I had to incorporate a lot of yellow into the set as well! It turned out so cute with Brixton in all yellow with this little sleep hat.

Brixton's adorable expressions and sweet face were so much fun to photograph and his siblings were a riot too. They were both very smart and very curious and asked a lot of questions!

Overall, Brixton's newborn session was an absolute delight, and I was honored to be able to document this special time in his family's life. From his adorable yawns to his boho-boy charm, every moment was a joy to capture, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this sweet little boy.
