Finley's 2 Month Old Newborn Session in Duluth, GA

Meet Finley, a two-month-old firecracker who stole the show (and maybe a few hearts) at her recent newborn session! This little lady may be tiny, but her personality is larger than life. Capturing her in all her cuteness took some serious effort, but the results were absolutely worth it.

We did black, dusty rose, and a beige color palette, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! We started with a classic black backdrop, where Finley nestled comfortably in a heart-shaped bowl. Talk about picture-perfect!

Next, we transitioned to a cute basket with her wrapped up in my softest dusty rose wrap. She snoozed like a little angel! I did two different options here. I did her wrapped up and then peeled the wrap off her arms and did a head-on-hands pose which took her a minute to get comfortable with but she snoozed after some soothing. Then, I carefully picked her up and left the wrap around her bottom and transitioned to a cozy little bed and draped her with the cutest beige blanket. Finley, ever the trendsetter, rocked a tiny Starbucks cup and a little laptop – because caffeine is basically a newborn's lifeblood, right?

She posed like a little sleeping princess in a delicate crown to complete the royal look. I draped some pearls around her neck just to give it some added flair and VOILA! Cue one of the cutest images I think I've ever taken!

The session wasn't without its challenges, though. Let's just say Finley wasn't quite ready to strike a pose every second. It took a whopping 3 hours and 4 bottles to lull her into the peaceful slumber needed for those perfect shots. But hey, that's all part of the newborn photography adventure, right?

In the end, a little patience to get this sweet baby milk drunk paid off. We captured a stunning collection of photos that showcase her undeniable charm. From the heart-shaped bowl to the royal basket, each setup was more adorable than the last.

So, a big shoutout to Finley for being such a trooper, and to her mama and grandma for trusting me to capture these precious memories!
