Finn's Light and Airy Newborn Session

This sweet session for newborn baby Finn was an in-home session in Carrollton, GA. The focus of the session was family and it was great to get all the photos of mom, dad, and 4-year-old Ollie who did so well for the session! 

Capturing family photos in newborn sessions is a passion of mine because it's nice to see the close-knit family welcoming in their newest member. There's that unmistakable love in the air with these poses. It's also just absolutely heartwarming to get those photos of mom and baby, dad and baby, and older sibling and baby. The photos I got of mom and baby were the ones I absolutely loved!

Little Finn did so well for his session too. He was just 5 pounds and stopped to eat several times in the session. I don't doubt he will grow quite quickly! 

Ollie did very well too. He was quite patient for his sibling photos and did a great job kissing little Finn on the head and being very gentle with him. I was so impressed with Ollie. He definitely got high fives for being so great! 

Mom wanted light and airy so I went with mostly whites for wraps and props. Both mom and dad love to travel so I did a little setup with a map, a train, dad's passport, and a little briefcase which turned out so cute with little Finn in the tiny crate with his little traveling suit on. I love the cute little setups like this! They are just adorable to me.
