Sergio's Newborn Session - Fine Art Studio Duluth, GA

Baby Sergio came into my studio at a hefty 13 lbs as a one month and six day old baby. I do work with older babies and I try to get as many "newborn" style photographs of them as I can but I do include the disclaimer that the older the baby, the more difficult it is because they tend to be more awake, move around a lot more, not like to sleep as much, sometimes they have tummy issues, and they tend to not be as flexible so there are certain poses I can't do with older babies.

The baby's safety is always my top priority so if, when I am handling a baby, I don't think it is safe to do a certain pose, I won't do that pose.

Sergio did great for his session! His family was so classy with all the boys in their adorable vests, jeans, and newsboy hats and mama looked so gorgeous in her white dress.

Some of my favorite shots are of baby Sergio and his older brother on the white rug. His brother did so amazing for that shot! The family shots were also adorable and Sergio's smiles were just heart melting.

I was really glad I got tons of adorable images of Sergio that I'm sure his family will cherish for many years to come.
