Sherine's Maternity Session

I had the privilege of working with Sherine and her husband recently for an elegant and timeless in-studio maternity session. This session was so much fun. If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw my cute reel from the session. 

The session took place in my studio, which was a perfect setting for the classic and stylish images that Sherine desired. I started with her in the black gown she brought with flowy, transparent sleeves. Then, we moved on to a black turtleneck dress, one of the studio maternity gowns available to all maternity clients to use, against a white background. This dress created a stunning contrast that accentuated Sherine's beauty and the curves of her baby bump. Isn't she absolutely gorgeous? I loved the classic photo of her in the turtleneck dress with the black hat.

She then moved on to a beautiful, long blue dress that she planned on wearing to her

baby shower that matched her husband's shirt. The blue color looked amazing with her skin tone! She wanted blue because she was having a baby boy.

The last dress she wore was a strapless maroon gown, one of the in-studio gowns available for use in maternity sessions, and she looked stunning in it. It's a mermaid gown that is very stretchy and it flairs at the bottom with this gorgeous tulle. I added a water effect on her photos to give it a more ethereal appeal to it.

I worked with Sherine on all the poses making sure I showcased the bump and hid any insecurities that she had mentioned. I encouraged her to be relaxed and trust me that I was going to make her look amazing!

She and her husband did great for their session. They got some gorgeous images for their baby shower and to show off on social media. They were very happy with the images!
