Zane's Newborn Session

I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming their brand new little bundle of joy, Zane, into my Suwanee, GA studio recently for his newborn session, and let me tell you, this little guy might just be the sleepiest, sweetest model I've ever had!

Zane is this sweet baby's middle name. Apparently, his first name starts with a K, but mom laughingly admitted it was a bit complicated, with Nigerian origins, so we'll just stick with Zane.

This little man absolutely rocked his newborn session. We went with a calming color scheme that perfectly complemented his nursery - think cozy browns, soft beiges, and pops of blue in various shades. It was like stepping right into a little bear's den, and Zane looked positively at home nestled amongst the fluffy blankets and adorable little outfits.

Speaking of outfits, can we talk about those tiny little hats? I swear, newborns have the magical ability to make even the little hats seem impossibly cute. Zane sported a few different styles throughout the session, and each one made me melt into a puddle of "aww."

But the real stars of the show, of course, were Zane's sweet little features. Those delicate eyelashes, the wispy downy hair, and his itty bitty hands... pure newborn perfection! He even managed a few tiny yawns and half-smiles that had me squealing with delight behind the camera.

Now, let's be honest, newborn sessions aren't always sunshine and rainbows. There's a good chance you'll encounter a little spit-up, some unexpected diaper changes, and maybe even a meltdown or two. But that's all part of the charm, right? And let me tell you, Zane was an absolute dream. He slept soundly through most of the session, only waking briefly for a feeding and a cuddle with his mama.

It was such an honor to capture these precious first moments for Zane.
